This forum has always been pretty split, now as far as quality....it is very lacking on the right wing side. The only stronger posters are ones that stick to the tired think tanks scripts from right wing websites, so they don't really count having their material/thoughts handed to them.

Says a lot more about the utter failure of conservative divisive us vs them ideology really. It's all about being alienated from your fellow countrymen. -a losing strategy.

I vote usually republican but I am not voting for Romney as I can't tell wtf he will do. Probably swing hard left like he did in Mass and when he ran for senate.


I'll vote for Gary Johnson, he was a pretty good Republican Gov. Be better than Romney.

Voting for Gary Johnson. I realize he and the Libertarian Party can't win this time around, but that fact is mitigated by the fact that I can't stand either of the guys(and their parties) who can win. I'll at least do my part to make them stronger for future election days.

Rocky is a far better vote than Obama if you line up more on that side. I like Rocky, though I won't vote for him. To much socialism for me.

Someone just told me if you vote Libertarian and if they get 5% of the popular vote then next election they get matching federal funds, and if they get 15% they get a spot in the debates.

So while I was planning on going Romney just so I don't have to vote Obama I am not sure now, Libertarian may be a way for me not to waste my vote. At any rate as 1 of 300+ million voters it really, really sucks that we get to pick from 2 candidates. It's really disgusting this is the best the U.S. can do.

I fell the same and that is why I voted for Gary Johnson in hopes he pulls enough to show the republicans they are doing it wrong. That and if not maybe Libertarian's get 5%+ and help in other ways.

Voted Libertarian with Gary Johnson / Jim Gray in the the general election, Ron Paul in the Republican primary election.

I've started to lean more and more in favor of social programs, but prefer for them to be handled at the local level. Hence why I was swaying back and forth between Anderson and Johnson. In reality, I know it doesn't matter in the short term, as neither will win, so I voted more on the message I wanted to try to send with my one little vote.
