It depends on what buildings you're in. If you head through any liberal arts building you'll see them everywhere. Stay out of the engineering buildings though; they're trouble.

Yes, it seems to me I have heard Purdue mentioned once or twice...

Purdue Alum 2002 w00t!

I was a Quad Dawg my freshman year (Cary Quadrangle), then did Hillenbrand, then got the fvck off campus to some nice apartments. There's defnitely no shortage of those in the area!

Enjoy your time there...it's a great school (even if our football and basketball teams aren't worth a sh!t)

That's ridiculous. I was a grad student there for 6 years. I was continually surprised that many of the undergrads were able to walk and chew gum at the same time. Considering that the school will admit something like the top 70% of each in-state high school class, this really isn't surprising. Of course, the business and engineering departments are a different story.

Dude, everyone knows Purdue. I applied there and got accepted but picked Virginia Tech due to cost at the time. It was stupid of me... an extra $5,000/year isn't much considering how much better Purdue probably is.
