while talking to 2 of my friends, i said the word bastard and she said "you said a cuss word!" but she said ni**er 3 times in the next few sentences. needless to say, i was perplexed. we got into a discussion about which word is worse. dont flame her for not liking cuss words, that is her personal preference and she just doesnt like it, so lets not go there.
all i want to see is what you guys think about these 2 words and which you would be least likely to use. imagine walking out in public and you are being forced to yell one of these words. which would you yell?
i am trying to explain to them that yelling bastard is much less offensive because it hardly applies to anyone anymore and is more of a slang adjective than actually inferring that you are an illegit child. yelling ni**er is offensive to many people because it is racist, makes you look like you are a white supremisist, and shows your lack of respect for basically the last 40 years of civil rights.
