I believe in a creator. Who the creator is I have no clue. I don't know if it is what religion makes him/she/they out to be. I also don't know if anything happens after death.
Just live your life, believe in your faith and be respectful to your race (humans). If you die and you deserve to go to a better place then you've earned your spot. If nothing happens then it doesn't matter, but you've made a difference here.

I strongly believe there is a god(s)/creator/higher power and this is how I voted.
You can't argue with the guys on here, not a chance. They are too far gone and don't even want to hear it. It is best to just give your answer and move on. Just wait until Red Dawn gets here, he will voice his opinion so loudly against a God, even God will question whether he exists or not.

Do you think Christians believe that God is floating around in space? According to the bible, he's outside of space and time. Even a scientist must admit that it's an interesting concept to have come from people thousands of years ago who likely didn't even have a grasp on mathematics much less theoretical physics.
I don't believe in the Christian god, but to absolutely reject the idea of a creator that exists outside of our current understanding of time and space seems very close minded. Just as closed minded as those he ridicules. A true scientist would be open to any theory, and welcome the chance to prove or disprove it.
I believe that belief in and expression of "tin-foil theories" are not a protected right under the constitution.

Most religious beliefs are pretty much tin-foil theories... so it would see they are protected. If you can find a distinction between believing aliens killed JFK and that there is a guy with a white beard somewhere in our outside of space, let me know...

I am somewhere between agnostic and athiest. The universe does not need a God; it simply is.
Religion is an entirely cultural invention, whereas spirituality is the human need to feel part of a greater whole; to believe that we have some purpose for existense, whether we actually do or not.

I'm agnostic so while I don't believe in a supreme being I still leave the possibility open that one could exist. Heck, for all we know, if there is a god he has ten heads, 100 arms with tentacles, and speaks Cantonese natively.
Also, if there is a god he's surely not a perfect being. By definition he cannot be so because if he were he wouldn't have been able to create us imperfect beings in the first place. Therefore, if there is a god that created us, he must be imperfect and have a flaw or flaws. Kind of ruins the entire concept of "god" for me.

No, but if someone said "I don't believe in Zeus because the idea of a 2' tall midget who lives in your left butt cheek is silly," then you could call them ignorant.
I understand and can relate to anyone who is agnostic or athiest, but not those who say stupid things like "I don't believe make-believe beings in space." That just shows ignorance and close-mindedness. It would be more effective if you could make a rational argument instead of resorting to condescending and patronizing retort. But then again, maybe that's asking too much from you..
