Tough to say. The U.S. has such a large number of very good microbrewers, it's impossible to really compare it to any other country.
That said, there really isn't anything that I like very much under a German bottler. Ireland has Guinness, Murphy's and Smithwicks all of which are very good. England has several that I really like - Youngs, Sammy Smith, Newcastle, Bass, Old Speckled Hen, ect. Belgium has some of the most unique brews that other countries can't make - the abbey ales and the quadruple malts are like no other and are truely noble brews.
For shear variety, I have to vote the US, with England being a close For uniqueness I have to say Belgium. For probably the most recognized brew and logo - Ireland takes the cake hands down with Guinness. Germany just doesn't produce anything memorable to me and really doesn't even rank in the top three.
