just curious..... i was 🙁 i was just talking to a friend and she was saying how she was teased a lot, that's what prompted this poll....
 
everyone is teased, but i wasn't brutally teased. i was bigger than everyone and made friends pretty easily so i was usually the one doing the teasing muahahaha

Yup, did something about it. Apparently you aren't allowed to hit back... stupid grade school, sitting in library for the rest of the day thinking of why I wasn't allowed to kick jackass back in nuts.

5 hours later, principal comes out, asks what I learned. I tell her I shouldn't hit people back even if they punched me first. Apparently thats the soultion to life, be a loser....

I was teased a little, but definitely not brutally. Whatever though, I don't think much of it... I just hope for the sake of those who teased me that I don't run into them again later in life. 😉

I was fat when I was young. I was fatter in middle school. And it continued half way through HS. Then I joined the wrestling team, lost 40lbs, and gained 20+ back in muscle. Needless to say, the harassment stopped shortly after that.
 
I was pretty much crucified for just about everything. I had red hair, wore dorky clothes, liked star trek, read too much, etc. Never started fights though, and always won them. 🙂
 
growing up i took my insults and my hits... im 19 and still take these only i now give a lot in return... most of its in good fun but sometimes you have your bad days... unless you are extremely clever on cue or just want to kick the crap out of a guy, the best thing to do is just ignore it
