I far prefer touchpad over the nipple. The nipple may be a bit more accurate, but requires more concentration and seems to take more effort. Besides, I can write chinese and japanese with a touchpad! 😀

Same here. I prefer using a USB optical mini-mouse over my touchpad. Only problem is that the mice seem to more "delicate" than regular ones - or I'm just hard on them. My left button just stopped operating (after admittedly dropping it several times). I reversed it in control panel so the right button is now the primary - and only - button. I plan to buy another one, but those little suckers are expensive...

[Edit: For us directionally challenged folks, inoperable "right" button is supposed to be the left button - so only the right button works. I will now write 1,000 times, "I write with my right; I write with my right;..."].
