I imagine people have been enjoying sex for as long as we?ve been populating the planet. Unless they did it out of duty all those years ago! I also imagine there were a lot more sluts in years gone by, before religion and the like started people to doubt their natural inclination to express themselves in ecstatic ways, without any guilt trips.

Here's a hint. The only people who like the slutty look, are men looking to get some. And, I doubt they particularly want to marry someone who "is" a slut, so I really don't understand why a girl would want to emulate one.

Let me put my hand up and say, I WAS LOOKING FOR SOME AND I?M NOW GETTING SOME. Well I?ve got that off my chest, I can relax now.

I wouldn?t want to marry a woman who didn?t enjoy sex and I don?t care if she?s upfront about that to the world at large. It?s a bit premature for me to be thinking of marriage, particularly as I stated that she?s my lover and a recent one at that. So we?re aren?t even in a relationship per se. She?s a single mother and has a wonderful 13 year old daughter. I think children say a lot about their parents, so in this case she?s been doing something very right for a long time. A lot longer than the vogue for lower back tattoos, but unfortunately not as long as women have been attacked for openly enjoying sex.

Every girl I know (friends with or they are dating my friends) with a lower back tattoo would blow you faster than a kid blowing candles to get to his presents.

I honestly can't follow the train of thought of people with that kind of mentality.

Certain actions make a girl slutty, not a tattoo or thong... these are just things in fashion. Granted there are exceptions in the extreme ends, but otherwise I honestly believe most of you need to get out more.
 
I can make it real easy for ya. If you were a woman, dressing up for Halloween, and wanted to look "slutty", how would you do it? Seriously, what would you wear to pull off the effect?

I honestly can't stand tattoos on women. Anywhere. I can put up with them on ankles, but that's about it. Anything above the knees makes me puke. It's such a stupid fad, and I love naturalness. I can easily look past scars, burns, anything like that, something the girl didn't do on purpose. But good grief, I absolutely hate tattoo's, and I have, at many times, NOT asked girls out because of them.
 
I know girls who are sluts but they have NO tattoos. Does that throw a wrench into this scientific survey?

When you label someone a "slut" it has to do with their sexual activities... I'm not sure how you can "look" like a slut... or how something can be considered slutty.

I know women that screw like jackrabbits, but they "look" like regular girls. Shhhh, it's a secret.

I have been to more parties in 2 years then most will see in a lifetime. I went to a beach college and traveled between NC and SC and hung out at many schools. I played baseball and sluts ALWAYS run to athletes. Some of use just toke more advantage of the ?opportunities? more then some others.

Tell it like it is Marlin.😀 These geeks are lucky to get whatever they can get and willing suspension of belief plays a big part on them ignoring thier tatooed/pierced girlfriends and wives were banging three-four at a time in college.

(*not that theirs any problem with that...I just would'nt marry one or let her raise my children...wayyyy to much emotional baggage and games with sluts)

Agreed, but only for the woman in question. She KNOWS whether she is a slut or not, be it a conscious or unconscious knowing. You on the other hand only have your BELIEF, which is based on how the woman APPEARS to you. So if she APPEARS to look like a slut to you, for whatever reason, then to all intent and purpose, she is a slut in your REALITY.

Now some people are wise enough to see the difference between appearance and actuality and to act accordingly.
Quite a few posts in this thread seem to point to people with very fixed ideas about what a lower back tattoo means to them. I personally believe that shows a limited and rigid mind set and don?t find that an appealing trait in a person.

If everybody thought that there was no correlation between APPEARANCE and ACTUALITY, then I?m thinking, ?What?s the point of this poll?? Surely people do think that there is a strong link between appearance and reality and that?s why they responded to the poll. If there were no link between appearance and reality, then the poll would be totally subjective and have no value in consensual reality.

Maybe I misread the intent of the original post? I just thought it was being down on women who dress like sluts, which pressed my buttons. I thought maybe the guy was just sexually frustrated and wanted to vent his spleen by dissing women, which I thought was bad form and somewhat futile. It?s a bit dumb to diss the very thing you want. You end up reinforcing the situation that you want to change.
But maybe the guy was sexually frustrated and he wanted to do something positive about it. So he was just asking if women with tattoos were more likely to give him some action. Now that I can relate to, doing something positive about a situation that you want to change.

What is slutty and trashy? The girl or the tattoo? You just said that a tattoo is art, so how can art be slutty? Can a painting be slutty?

Girls are called sluts because of their actions... not clothes, tattoos or piercings. If a girl decides to have promiscuous sex, it has nothing to do with anything painted on her body.

Also if you look up what tat placement means it is believed that a tat on a girls lower back means she is secretly sexual... a slut owuld be openly sexual lol

Sisterhood.

I've also heard quite a few people say it is a symbol of strength because it hurts so FVCKN Bad!
You're strong if you don't pass out from the pain.

It is a personal choice that I have never regretted...and I'm also an older Mom and it is NOT sagging or looking bad.

Personal experience is not always valid as an arguement.

There could be a guy and his friends that hurt their legs doing squats. This doesn't mean that squats are bad. Just that what 'they' did was possibly bad or something.

Their is no slut with a tatoo ont he lower back. People are too judgemental. If she slept around a lot then she could be deemed a slut. Or a girl that just likes to have sex with protection. No different from a guy if he could do it himself.

Girls with Tattoos look really slutty. They can be drop dead gorgeous but when I find them with a tattoo, they completely lose my interest.

Looking slutty and being slutty is different. Girls with tattoos do look slutty not to say that they are. Not a personal attack on you and your sis.

I can confirm that, in my experience.

BTW, isn't it only younger people getting the back tattoos, whereas the, say, 25 and up people get small ones on the shoulder blade, ankle, lower ab instead?

A few things...
Say what you want, in general, people get tattoos because other people have them.
If somehow someone knew that no one else would ever see their tattoo, do you think they'd still get it? Probably not.
I don't like tattoos.
