I speak from experience and first hand knowledge, so I know what I am talking about. It might be different in what ever place you live in or the 1-2 women you have actually spoken to. But the sluttiest women always have a Tat or something pierced (excluding ears of course).
A girl who would pull down her pants in front of a hairy 40 year old tatoo artist that she just meant probably fits the definition of immodest.
The guy is there to do a job. He probably sees more ass than you ever will. Most girls are embarrassed when they go to the tattoo parlor for the first time for such a tattoo. No different them going to the gynecologist really. Oh and you meet the requirements for stupidity in your sig.
I tend to doubt your experience. I think it has to do with your perception of the situation than what the truth is. You look for long term in girls without tats and short with the ones that have them. The girls with the tattoos may be more outspoken (as evidenced by tattoos in general) about sex but the girls that don't have them are doing the deed just as much. This is from true experience.

There are very few girls (tat or not) that can count on one hand the number of people they have been with. That is what I am saying. The girls with the tats are usually more outspoken about it. This was more than likely the case before they got the tattoo.
Not "sexier", sluttier! It's sluttier exactly because it's by your ass. Just like Monica, flashing her thong. What makes it sluttier to bare her lower back, than on the arm or shoulder?

I've seen some lower back tat's that look cool but on the wrong women they might as well just get "caution wide load" tattooed there.
my dad wears short sleave shirts all the time.. even to the office.. he doesn't really care... either do others... should matter how you do the job not how you look but we know the world doesn't work like that.
i see a tattoo and wonder how it will look on them when their in there 50's or 60's at the company picnic

LOL. Yeah, I think some women get a little to caught up in the trends and should realize perhaps that isn't the best look for them. Most women can look pretty hot if they just dress for their body type. But if you've got some girl who's a little overweight stuffing herself into low rise hip huggers that only really work on thin girls, its spill over city. They end up looking a lot worse/fatter than they actually are because of the squeeze.
Tattoos on the lower back are the same kind of idea.
