Here is one article. I places the rate in Men at about 28%. And yes to answer your question there are many forms of HPV and some are more *curable* than others. Curable meaning the warts themselves do not return, but the person is still a carrier and can pass it along to their partner unwittingly. HPV is far more dangerous for women overall though. And no, it doesnt cause sterilty, but in some cases can cause cancer in women, provided it is one of the harsher strains of HPV.

Same - Same, but I can't find anything on that statistic itself, but I do know that about that many of the people I know in Los Angeles have been treated for it.

The statistic I usually hear is 1/3 people have HPV, though I often hear much higher than that.
