Wait til the election.
But prior to that, make sure the Judge, the Admin, and the Senate are prepared to act.

It would not make a difference if she did or she did not. If she did, the Republican held house will scream what they did back in 2016, which was the election would decide it all.
That's why I said wait until AFTER the election and before the new Senate is seated.

Keep plans under wraps until then. The difference is you have her reliable vote for 20-25 years. We can't take the chance of yet another RBG. If her health was better this would be less of an issue.

I think Dems should ask for medical records for future SCOTUS nominees.

Didn't think this needed it's own thread, so dropped it here ...

Was put onto this "under the radar" article by something I listened to over the weekend. It was brought up that this was a subtle way of alerting that the coming decisions from SCOTUS' most recent term were going to be bad.

It's odd how it came out so closely after the immunity arguments.
