Fundamentally he is stealing power and water from your complex. While it isn't much, it will make the complex's bills go up, which will in turn cause your rent to go up in the future. There are no free rides in this world.

I don't think you can call the Fire Department because someone is BBQing and you don't like the smell.

BBQing under a roof (like on an apartment balcony) is a huge fire risk, is against fire code, and is probably against the lease as well.

so is it a dumpy looking trailer? maybe its somebody's dad who tours the country in the thing...I know a lot of old people who sell their mane homes, get a trailer, and tour the country....then again maybe its Willy Nelson out there....is there a weird smell coming from the trailer?
