If you were defying a lawful police order and they started enforcing that order, would you rather get pepper sprayed then arrested or beaten with a night stick then arrested?
 
I didn't do anything wrong in the first place so neither. It is my constitutional right to disrupt commerce, transportation and communication of other citizens or business.. Just thought I'd get that outta the way.

If not, there's a door for y'all. It has a short plank, they make you pull your pants down, insert your penis in a thing called a chinese finger wire puller, attach the other end of the wire rope to a bulkhead and you take a walk. 😀

Rather get hit with a billy club. Most bruises are nothing compared to having your eyes burn like fire.
As for refusing to disperse, it is unlikely that you will get either if you simply leave or offer to be arrested. Attempting to resist or verbally insulting the officers will result in a forcible action. This type of resistance is not what is considered peaceful, and anyone engaging in such should not expect to be treated with respect.

I think I would rather have the pepper spray.

What I do not understand, why dont people bring their own pepper spray, and spray the cops? Whats good for the goose is good for the gander, what goes around comes around.

Lol, no, you don't build a tolerance to OC. (Unless maybe if you spray yourself with it every day)

And if you point a bottle of pepper spray at a cop you will get shot, period, and it will be justified every time.

It will still mess with your breathing. The one time I got sprayed, I was messed up for hours and the stuff only had 500,000 SU. Stuff now days have well over 2-3 million.

Is this a serious question? If you willfully assault a cop, you're lucky if you just get your ass beat...you might end up shot.

I was at the Wing Bowl in 2005/2006 when there was a riot there (typical Philly mob.) I was literally at the very front of the crowd, and begged a riot officer to let me through and exit (I was literally pushed up against his shield by a raging crowd. He said no, and soon after a riot began, and I was the first person hit by one of his buddies night sticks. I went down hard. If I had to choose though, I would choose the stick over perpper spray, but only if I was hit once. That shit hurts.
