I've spent thousands at Newegg over the last few years.

I just placed an order last week and it arrived a short three days later. Never had a problem with them. I order from them exclusively because they continually exceed my expectations.

I've spent over $40,000 with Newegg over the past 2 years. The only problem I had was when I bought a Radeon 9700 one Thursday night and that next day the price dropped 50 dollars. I was pissed, and I called Newegg and the lady I talked to said she won't do anything about it. After that call I was out for blood. I left a negative reseller rating that day and I got a call from one of the supervisors in five minutes of posting it. He credited me the 50 dollars plus shipping charges. Never had a problem after that.
