POLL...Newegg....Use it or lose it?

Been hearing about some problems with Newegg recently...So, would you still use it or go elsewhere? Me needs a CPU / Mobo combo to replace this horrible crappy worthless Asus i got.

I just ordered a bunch of parts for a HTPC from newegg. No problems at all.

No way I would go elsewhere. I have done about $30,000 in business with them for computer builds, personal stuff and for work and they've never done me wrong plus their prices are always great.
I just hate their new site design on the products page

I've made 19 orders with Newegg in the past couple years and they haven't given me any reason to look elsewhere.

I would still use it. Every company is going to have some unsatisfied customers, I am sure even Lamborghini and Rolls Royce have some.

I bought everything in my rig except the CPU and Geforce 3 Ti200 from newegg. No problems whatsoever.

I've never had a problem with NewEgg, but oddly enough I was going to quote an order today, and with my information reading me in TN, the total said I had to pay sales tax?!?!?! Anyone else experiencing this?

Only people having problems are n00bs - and I'm more inclined to think that they're screwing stuff up, rather than Newegg. I mean, how else do you explain hundreds of established customers having no problems whatsoever, but a handful of nooblets swearing up and down that they're horrible?
