Is there enough publicly known evidence for an indictment of Trump?

  • No. I would never vote to indict no matter what Trump did.

It's your fault and others like you why we have to still deal with the stench of Trump. Don't act like he was some sort of an unknown before 2016.

So true.

And all they had to do was live up to their own hype of family values, patriotism, rule of law, etc. Instead, like the political prostitutes these posers are, they sold out to Putin's Cockholster who's only loyalty is to his own image and bank account. And people like pcgeek have excused and defended it for years. Listening to Trump brag about obstructing justice or extorting other leaders, or demand election tallies be altered in his favor, multiple level coups and then outright fomenting a deadly insurrection - none of it seemed to affect this people. It's difficult to imagine ways to fail harder at being an American.

Saw this earlier this morning and I think it sums it up well.

I don't see dank69 posts.
There are several people here that appear to be incapable of responding without rage or insults. I'm not interested in reading that, so they end up on my ignore list. Every now and then I clear the list, and pretty much everyone that was on it ends up back there again.
I think it's pretty clear to everyone here that I'm not much concerned about being popular, it should also be clear that I don't engage in personal attacks unless it's in response to one.
Bottom line is that I have no time for keyboard tough guy's. If you can't express an opinion without a personal attack then your opinion is worthless.

I guess they will get Obama and Hillary out of their head when you and yours get Trump out of your head.

😉

Last time I checked Hillary and Obama were not still trying to run for office.

In case it's helpful here's you having a remarkably different opinion on guilt and innocence when it comes to Hillary Clinton:

I think you're a good guy and I'm glad you're here. I also wish people would not attack you so vitriolically. There are a couple people here (like taj) who deserve that level of contempt but you certainly don't.

That being said, I think this pretty clearly shows you applying a double standard.

Dank went into your posting history and showed all of us you are being a hypocrite in this thread based on. You don't need to be popular just consistent.

That's simply stupid. You're closing your eyes and putting your hands over your ears so you won't have to face the truth. There is absolutely no doubt at this point that she knowingly and willfully ignored the rules, attempted to destroy evidence, and continually lied to the American people and the FBI about it. It's either intent or stupidity on an enormous scale.

I was on the fence about this until today, but watching the FBI director's questioning, the truth is obvious. Hillary is either a complete idiot, a criminal, or absolutely certain that she's untouchable.

I think the circumstance was different as I made that statement after watching the fellow from the FBI present the evidence. But I'll grant that I don't like Hillary Clinton at all. Though I should add that that she's right next to Trump on my "assholes we're better off without list".
But you're right, I had a blind spot with Hillary. I really disliked her and that clearly swayed my judgement. She was never charged with a crime, and never faced a jury.

Interesting note on personal attacks. Most of the folks I have on ignore didn't attack me, they were aimed at others. Bottom line is that I don't like keyboard tough guys. I equate it with the same weakness that makes some men abuse women or kids. It's a need to dominate without the risk of having to defend yourself.

You and I never agree on anything, but you unfailingly present your opinions without anger or personal attacks, that gets my respect even when I disagree with your words.

It's true Hillary was never charged with a crime and never faced a jury. However, she did spend multiple hours being drilled by Congress... Trump has been Impeached twice and has yet to be questioned a single minute by Congress. It never happened during his impeachments, and it hasn't happened yet for any of the crimes he has committed, Specially his involvement with the Big Lie and January 6. So currently, I think it's safe to say that Hillary has been held far more accountable for her actions than Trump has. Regardless of how you feel about her, or if she is innocent or not. And she was never President! We Also know that IF and When Congress decides to question Trump, he will ignore the subpoena(s) and drag it out in court as long as he can. Even someone who hates Hillary has to have some level of respect for her in the fact that she didn't tuck tail and run, or try to make a mockery of our justice system in the manner in which Trump does by acting like the laws don't apply to him, and flat out ignoring them.

Like her or not, she faced her accusers in Congress without claiming the fifth or “I don’t remember” countless times.

the man ruined the country and possibly committed many serious felonies, not the least of which is treason.
And I'm sure you think he should be out of our heads on Jan 21st but since he's been begging for attention THE ENTIRE TIME thats probably not gonna happen.

Geek can't wait to move on so he can forget he voted for orange Julius and others can stop reminding of what a shit bag he is

They are way worse for Trump, yes.
I cant imagine what kind of environmental factors that keep snapping you back in to trump-stupid world, but something is not operating at optimal resonance frequency…

I'm not following your point here. I'm not a Trump supporter, I don't want him back in the Whitehouse.

Then they should go after after him and convict in a court of law.

Is there enough publicly known evidence to indict Donald Trump?

Obviously not, or Donald would not still be walking around and spewing shit across the country at his numerous rallies.
You got to remember.... they is a totally different set of standards for rich people like Donald Trump vs everyone else. It is like the investigations have all the evidence they need, but they are afraid too proceed, because.... this might happen to them.

Democrats in congress are afraid that one day the forces in charge may come back to bite them in the butt. I.e. under a future administration from the other side. I.e. under a future president from the other side. And thus.... they procrastinate.
They come right up to the line having evidence and proof, yet with never actually crossing that line.
Rich people are terrified to go after other rich people because they know... they know.... what goes around comes around.

PS. What I expect will happen is that we will have more than enough evidence needed against Donald Trump and against the enablers.... but then.... republicans will take back the congress in the midterms and all of this ALL OF THIS will shut down. End. Cease to exist.
And then, for the next 200 years, people will wonder and wonder and wonder what really took place but with never knowing what actually did take place.
America will be left in the dark. And left for Fox News to whitewash it all.

I feel sorry for Richard Nixon. If he only had these republicans on his side then Nixon would have never needed to resign.
Live and learn Dick.... live and learn.
