Trump is above the law. All cases will be dismissed and New York judge will throw out verdict. We are in post Republic Rome.

Once Trump takes office he will make all his federal criminal cases go away. He will pressure SCOTUS to make his state cases go away.

He promised to pardon all the J6 criminals.

I always knew deep down "no one is above the law" was not really true but with the second term of Trump along with the newly created immunity for him does this make "no one is above the law officially dead.

IMO - Only white Trump supporters are free from consequences. The rest of us are fucked.

What do you think?
To be white and wealthy, is very healthy here. Trump won because our economy has been so F'd for so long. The wealthy have bought most of the media, hiding the fact that the already rich have been getting richer and richer, while the rest of us have been treading water for decades now. The misinformation has convinced once again, the rubes to vote against their self interest. Thank you Saint Reagan for getting the ball rolling.
Edit: The Democrats are to blame for not getting policies and taxation changes to reverse to problem.

But Smith already looking to end the cases. But one does hope he puts EVERYTHING in his final report. Only hoping Garland won’t hide it.
He should still be and to go after the coconspirators, although we all know Trump would pardon them all.

Beyond that you still have the civil penalty against him. How does that disappear? On appeal now.
Watch the court video of that appeal, it's on youtube. 5 judges, 4 of which clearly don't think it should have ever have gone to court. Odds favor dismissal at this point.

Think we have to understand the fact that to fix something takes fucking forever and most of the time people don't have the patience for it.

That's something contractors and car mechanics have known for a long time.. do a shit job under the surface and just make it look good and you keep getting paid but those who do it right are called too crazy expensive.. except to the DIY crowd.

People are used to the instant gratification and it's a lot easier to destroy good laws and economic systems than it is to build them.

What are your thoughts? A jury found he was liable. Were they wrong?

After all, this is about the rape that you don’t think is a big deal. Interesting that you’re willing to talk about the rape in this context but not others.

It's not about the rape suit, it's the NY suit about over valuing his property. The judges clearly had some issues with the case.

Edit: Trump was found liable on the rape charge, nor was he ever convicted of the crime.

You mean cooking the books in a case he was as found guilty of dozens of felonies for by a jury of his peers?

That being said I’m also interested to hear your thoughts about the raping, because raping seems bad to me. Do you agree that raping is bad?

If the appeals court overturns the conviction then he wasn't guilty of anything. The "crime" in question had no victim.

So a hypothetical future court change. As it stands today he is guilty of dozens of felonies. It is also not a ‘crime’ is is a crime he was convicted of.

How do you feel about that?

Also interested to hear about the rape. Does the rape bother you?

Just FYI, it's my opinion that the entire case was complete bullshit. My hunch is most of the country feels the same way, that's why he didn't lose the election.
Interesting how for so long you were like ‘if he’s such a criminal why isn’t he convicted of a crime?’

Then when he is convicted you decide what hey doesn’t matter. Lol.

Aaaannnnnnd now @Greenman disappears because he has no answer that’s not horrible.

I suggest everyone read this thread. The basic point is if you want to vote for Trump that’s fine, but then you should own it. People will think less of you, but that’s the choice you made. I assume you are okay with your choices, but those choices have consequences.

@Greenman i don’t get why you don’t just own it.

You don’t care if he’s a criminal, he’s on your team. Just accept that you don’t give a shit about the law if the law makes you sad.

Trump was never held liable for rape.
The only reason he wasn’t liable for rape is NY law requires your dick to be inserted into a vagina not fingers.

Are you hanging your defense of him in that??

Are you willing to look a woman in your orbit in the eyes who might be sexually assaulted the same way, “it didn’t happen”??

He gave you his answer.

He "doesn't believe it."

This is what I mean when I say that RW media has insulated them in this cocoon, where they can either blame all ills on Democrats or just outright refuse to believe it's happening.

If you're upset about the rule of law, just wait until VP JD Vance decides to not certify any blue state electors next cycle. If we even get to that point.

My opinion is that the entire case was bullshit. It appears that that's the majority opinion of the nation.

Someone should ask Greenman how he determined that most voters knew about the rape trial and think it is fake vs. just didn't know about it.
