It might be the game too, that is crashing. Medal of honor has crashed on me with both both ATi and nVIDIA cards. That game crashes a lot. Happened to me about 5 times.
I've never had a single crash with MOHAA on either nVidia or ATi cards. Are you overclocking by any chance?

Come on BFG, how long have I been here. Read the sig. Never overclock. I've done it just for kicks, but put everything to normal within the half hour. I don't bother.

i have used both Nvidia and ATi......GF4MX----------->GF3 TI200--------->Radeon 9500pro....

certainly i have had a few niggles but nothing major like, games not running properly or at all, no incompatibilities with the rest of my system either.

though nvidias 2d and texture settings seem better....i use the omega drivers with my ATI and in a few games when i have performance mode enabled on my ATI textures in some games have become fuzzy and blurred!! not a problem tho..jus slide the bar to balanced and all was fine

colours had a bit more energy on Nv tho

Most "driver bugs" are user error, wether people want to admit it or not. Sure, there are honest to goodness bugs in drivers for every kind of hardware. However most problems are caused by the end user.

I never own or use nvidia card before but long time ATI owner from ATI Expert ( think that is the name) then Rage Pro, Radeon VE, now Radeon 9200 plus ATI TV Wonder VE..I have no problem with any issues except for Splinter Cell but can't complain. I might want to upgrade to Radeon 9800 Pro if I have some money.
