This reminds me of that SNL skit from last season where Rachel Drache (sp?) is done up in that genetic screw-up costume with ugly teeth and an arm coming out of her head. Only she's a siamese twin and her counterpart is good looking and making out with a guy. The ugly twin keeps making rude comments to them but they just keep making out trying to ignore her.
