I'd personally pick lethal injection. I don't know where you guys heard that it is painful, certainly not the people that it's been used on.

Um, no. Quite the opposite. It burns like hell. Also, some people actually go into convulsions. So, no, a painful way to die wouldn't be the top of my list...

unless it's something cool like getting fried while strapped to a chair.

Yeah, but your body slowly shuts down. Hanging would be quick if the rope is the right length and your neck snaps.
