I have a very large frame.
I am about 6 feet 2 inches tall.
When I was swimming 6K yards per day 5 days per week and lifting weights 3 days per week, I weighed 240 pounds.
It's been several years, and I've fallen out of shape. I'm around 275 pounds now.
According to that site, I'm a lot over weight. However, given my weight when I was working out like a madman .... I don't think I've ballooned up too terribly.
I would like to loose about 25 to 35 pounds. I don't think I would ever want to get below about 240 though, as I think my ribs would be exposed.
