Poll: How many beers does it take to get you drunk?

Usually 4 "big brewery" beers will give a nice buzz. As for Guinness, you just don't get drunk on that stuff. I can only drink 1 Guinness, and I feel like I've just ate a meal.

Then there's the wimpy malt beers. They are usally too sweet for me to get drunk on, but they are nice appetizers. 😉

As for brands I prefer, for big labels, I'll go with Miller. I prefer microbrews, though. Leinenkugels and Sprechers are a couple of good locals.

falling down drunks a lot easier with hard alcohol

I get drunk quicker drinking beer than liquor.

thats probably because you drink martini's or cosmopolitans ... some pvssy drink.
Uh... a martini is not a pussy drink, it's almost like drinking straight liquor.

I'm positive Guinness is higher, not quite sure by how much though - but I know it is. American beers (bud, coors, etc) are only 5.5% alcohol, 4% for the lights (I called their 800 number once when the supermarket only had light ).

Nope. It's only 4%. They used to have stat that listed on the FAQ's section of their website. I don't see it there anymore though.
