I'm sure there is more but that is off the topof my head

You sir, have a great list.

2000 Camry V6 - 130mph
1995 Lexus ES300 - 140mph+
1996 LandCruiser - 118mph
2000 RX300 - 125mph+ (multiple cars)
2000 ES300 - 130mph+ (multiple cars)

Fastest I have ever used cruise control was 135 in the 95 ES300.... I did 135mph every day to school and back for a few months. I made pretty good time.

Gee, my list is a little shorter:

82 Plymouth Reliant: 78 MPH. At that speed, it left like it was falling apart
88 Ford Escort: 95 MPH. That number is estimated, because the speedo only went up to 85.
99 Mercury Cougar: 110 MPH. It could go faster, but I never felt like giving it a try. My friend was a little more gusty, however, and took it up to 120 on I-80.
03 Audi A4: 100 MPH. This car has a cute little alarm built into it's trip computer that signals when you exceed a set speed for more than 5 seconds. I set the alarm at 90 and took a little joy ride to see if the alarm worked, and it does. Has anyone bothered to see what the factory-set alarm is triggered at?

Just one word: How?

98 Ford Contour SVT -> 137MPH on i294 north at 3AM. Motortrend said it could do 140 but I was running out of straight road. Felt pretty stable at that speed. I wasn't worried about anything except losing my drivers license.

Well I drove a porsche 911 turbo to 155 on the highway. Riden in a Ferrari 512 testerosa to 175 mph. Drove my Z28 many times above 120mph.

Too the guys that have been faster than 200mph do you have any idea how fast that is and what kind of automobile it takes to accomplish that? That is truely amazing if you were in fact going that fast. Holy crap I'd probably pee my pants going that fast on a highway.

My brother once drove 120 MPH over an old, rickety bridge and actually flew over the car in front of us. I was only 7 at the time and it scared the living sh*t outta me!:Q

Hey Alan! Long time no see. 🙂

120+ in my 1967 Camaro (speedo stopped at 120 and I had it pegged) on Alligator Alley in Florida
120+ on my Harley Sportster in Korea (on a stretch of runway/highway at 2am)
100+ on my Sportster on the Interstate to pass a bunch of dangerous/stupid drivers

I had a friend's Cutlass '76 (heavily modified) going 165... Wasn't handling very well above 130 even on a smooth straightaway, and boy was he pissed!

1993 sentra se-r

135mph on i-something going to Waxahachie from Dallas

done 125mph on multiple occasions going between Dallas and Austin.. i evne took a pic 😛

multiple runs down US 101 North @ 120 - 120+ mph in my 1970 Mustang. Its a trip how fast my Inline 6 runs with only a 3 speed auto at those speeds.

~90mph in my 1995 Grand Am SE for the following reasons:
1. I don't have a radar detector
2. My speedometer is off (I think it over-reports by about 8mph at an indicated 80mph)
3. I don't want to get a ticket
4. I don't live in the midwest

I've ridden in a 1992 Maxima SE doing 135mph (some mods)

About 155 in a Mercedes SL600on I-75 in Atlanta. The car still felt completely stable, it was amazing.

I have done about 130 in the Honda Accord V6 coupe many times. That is a lot more scary...

I think I am declaring my own idiocy in this post.
