I think they mean that people who like to post a lot (those who are not subscribers) would get frustrated by the cap and sunscribe. That's the literal translation, I'm not sure how exactly it relates to this thread.
 
I find it desirable to see user info such as post count and join date w/o having to pull up a separate profile window, since I can't afford to subscribe, and the forums are very slow for non-subscribers. In other words, it would be quite a PITA to have to pull up a profile window for every single user that I wanted to get some very basic info on.
 
Frankly, I don't much care one way or the other, but since that wasn't an option, I voted "yes" to be different.
