You can always put your own flavor into it after it's brewed.
Flavored coffee is for lazy people.

I was kinda including that. I have different flavors I will add on occasion to my brewed coffee. Its a nice change of pace. Plus, if you add your own you can control how much goes in.

Hell no, unless the coffee is pretty crappy.

Although, some would say mixing chicory in with coffee is flavoring it, which I only drink a coffee / chicory blend.

At best, a little milk to make it stain the teeth less.

Hazelnut on occasion is OK, but I don't want it on a regular basis.
I like my coffee to be coffee flavored.

Some flavored coffees do taste good but they're so filled with sugar and other crap I worry about ingesting that sludge.

Nein. If I want flavored coffee, I'll rarely put Irish cream, or something like that in it. When I make my daughter cappuccino, I grind cinnamon on top, but that's the extent of it. Artificially flavored coffee is a travesty.

Caffeine naturally has a very bitter taste. Tasting like shit is one of the properties of coffee. Much of it is masked by dissolving those chemicals in cream...
You appear to know about coffee as much as you do cars.

If the coffee isn't good enough to stand on it's own flavor, then it isn't worth drinking.

Use it to make Kahlua, instead.

I'm not a big coffee drinker, but I add this stuff when I do drink it.

I'll drink a cup of french vanilla once in awhile, and I love Dunkin's pumpkin coffee in the fall.

I don't really care for mocha, cinnamon, hazelnut, etc though.

Yeah, call me a wimp but I love putting that stuff in it.

I don't add sugar to my coffee anymore but I need milk or cream to get rid of the astringency.

Black coffee tastes sour or something to me.

I love the smell of french vanilla coffee, but the flavor always disappoints.

If you like: Buy some vanilla beans (1 whole bean for a couple cups of sugar). Slice the bean in half, scrape the insides into an airtight jar and toss the husk in there too. Fill with granulated sugar and let it sit for a couple weeks.

Now you don't have to pay for "French Vanilla" coffee. And you can use the vanilla~sugar for other things, like deserts and breakfast.
