[POLL] - Do you Shut Down?

When you won't be using your PC for a while (assuming your not cranking Seti type apps) such as overnight or during the day while you're at work, what do you do with your PC?

I've heard that Vista doesn't need to be rebooted very often and that just Hibernating all the time is fine. I know XP needs to be rebooted now and then or it starts acting up. Haven't used Widow 7 yet...

Updated with Leave it Running options...

I haven't turned my PC (XP) off in over a year, except for the very random reboot. I also don't run anything special on it.

servers stay on full power all the time, desktop is usually on with the monitor turned off. media center machine goes to sleep.

I don't turn off the computer and at the moment sleep and hibernate are disabled. The white noise from the fans help me sleep.

vista, shutdown.

my computer is in my bedroom and the noise/lights bother me at night (I'll suck it up if I'm downloading a large file or something, but 99% of the time it goes down when I go to sleep and stays off till I get home from work the following day)

Shut off, if I'm off to work or sleep.

Only time I might use stand-by in XP is if I'm going out for only a couple hours or so.

For my desktop running Vista I just leave it on all the time.

My laptop also running Vista I just put to sleep when it's not in use.

My desktop computer uses 13 watts when idle. I don't usually shut it down.

I can't vote in your poll because I don't use any of those OSes (yet - I have Windows 7 preordered).

No, I run off 3 fusion power generators.

EDIT Oh, you mean my PC. I use hibernate for laptop, and shutdown/restart PC only for updates. Otherwise my main PC is always on.
