There are single serving frozen 'dinners' of it available in the grocery. It's not terrible but not very good either. It usually contains very thin strips (chips) of red meat and a white sauce on bread. A good home alternative is hamburger cooked and drained, added to mushroom soup on toast.

it's somewhat like Biscuits and Gravy, except for dinner. Biscuits and Gravy is about the best breakfast possible. I don't eat SOS much, but when I do I'm reminded how much I like it. I like B&G better, but SOS is damn tasty
