Just trying to get a feel ... seems everyone and their grandma really does have one. A simple yes or no will do. I don't want to be hearing any "cell phones are useless" posts because it's all been heard before.

Yes, I have one, but I'm wondering what feel you are trying to get. Let's say 90% of the respondents say they have a cell phone. Then what? Are you trying to decide if you're gonna get one? Or just a random survey?

i am considering getting one of those shared/family plan deals this summber so that i can have one in the car with me also (and to get her more minutes, she went 200% over our minutes last month = $158 bill!!! :|

Same.. I don't know anyone of (about) my age (20-25) that would have regular phone, everybody has cell these days. I know I couldn't live without one.

I have a brand new Motorola t720, and my wife has a Nokia 8265i. We use about 95% of our plans, since we don't have a home phone. Neither of us would give them up.

I have a landline and a mobile (cellphone)...don't really overly use either recently....the novelty of text messages has worn off somewhat....Have a Nokia 3510.

Is annoying with all these kids around aged like 12 who have cellphones....some parents even give them contract (account) phones!...are they crazy!?
