POLL: Do you hate Best Buy?

i go there for dvd's and thats about it. if im considering buying a certain tv or a camcorder or something, ill go there and mess around with the product, get a feel for it, but would never buy it there.

If you have to pick up something right then they are great.
What is the competition with them now anyhow? Circuit City? Give me a break, begging for bankruptcy, restructured way to late, they have a lot of work to do to get back in the game.
Got no Fry's here either so it's Best Buy, CompUSSR just doesn't have the deals anymore.

Another reason to hate BB. Some stores are selling Fuji 50 packs of cdrs for $5.99 while the ones by my are still selling them for $17.99. :|

I don't really like BB but right now, I like them better than Circuity City.

They've got good deals every so often... no doubt about that, but I'd rather give my business elsewhere if given a choice. Unfortunately, even with CrapUSSR and Circuit Sucky... competition isn't really there. I've never truly been successful in getting them to honor PMs. Yet Staples always comes through... and CC has a few times as well.

Not to mention if you ask for something that requires a key of any sort... FORGET IT... you'll be waiting for at least 40 minutes. Also, if you go to the "customer service" desk... you get nothing, and like it... and learn to appreciate it!

The BB near me has treated me well. The employees always greet me entering/exiting the store and if I need help with anything.

Their car audio manager did a pretty good job installing my car stereo too.

See sig. Both suck ass. Only Circuit City is good, but that changed for the worse once they started paying wages and not commision.
