No, if it catches on fire I'll just buy a new one. Chances are you aren't going to put out a car fire with a fire extinguisher anyway...especially if gasoline is involved.

I do have a fire extinguisher for my house (in the kitchen) and I have one in the garage. I do not carry one in my car though. Never have.

Well, it's about 90 years old. You see, I've seen how fast cars burn. EVERYTHING is flammable. Seats, grease, paint. In an interior fire, you have about 45 seconds to get out before the entire thing is gone. Engine fires you have a bit longer, depending on where it starts in relation to the fuel rail. Fuel fires... Bye.
