I remember taking Calculus based Physics at the U of MN. I made it through with what should have been failing grades on all my exams. I did well on homework and lab assignments, that probably saved me. Most everyone else also did horrible on exams. Thankfully they were scored on a curve, so I made it through.
Since it's so late in the semester, you probably can't get your money back for the class. So just finish it up to the best of your ability and hope for passing. If you are really worried about how it will effect your GPA, then maybe dropping now will help. You should talk to an advisor about that though.
