Undecided should have a serious lead on the others but,
Judgement without facts will always prevail.

The funny thing is even after a decision is made,
I wont be shocked to see good percentage in the opposite even after being proven.

Unfortunately kobe didn't learn from MJ's experiences with adultry. :(

MJ bribed the woman with 5 million dollars to keep quiet, all of which the courts said couldn't be collected because 'hush money' wasn't a legal contract. :p

While I don't claim ownership about this idea, someone pointed out in another form that Kobe probably gets women throwing themselves at him all the time. For that reason, it would make "getting some" a rather trivial task that's easy to do, and requires little effort on his part. But isn't part of what describes the human experience is the enjoyment from hard work? Is it possible Kobe went after something he'd have to work for(in pursuit of enjoyment), and went a little too far? People who tend to have things easy tend to do really stupid things in search of a challenge, so this wouldn't be the most unusual thing ever.

PS Regs, I was channel flipping the other night, and the talking heads were talking about vaginal tearing, so there is some proof of bodily injury, but it's not conclusive

I don't know if he did it or not, neither does anyone else. But if he did, I want a public burning half court at the Staples Center.

I could be entirely ignorant here but isn't vaginal tearing just indicitive that something DID happen (which we already know) and that Kobe is quite possibly, well, too big for her?

I think they're going to need evidence of physical abuse elsewhere on her body, scratch marks on his body or some type of recording of her telling him no. Otherwise it's all his word against hers and I personally believe that no case should be decided just on a few people's statements. There needs to be some kind of physical evidence that non-consensual sex took place.

Hey guys, a radio this morning said it is true that Kobe and the girl knew each other for a few months now. Is this just a rumour or is it true?

His body language at his press conference told me he's in big trouble. He sounded like he was trying to convince himself that he didn't force himself on her.

Just one little loosening of the libido control and there goes millions of dollars of future income potential. Stupid celebrities. Dumb as dirt and we idolize these people.

That's why the tearing isn't conclusive. It can indicate(and is typical of) rape cases where the victim was forced(read: conciously objecting, and fighting back), however it can also indicate "rough" play, but I'm not too sure about size. Either way, it's a lot like circumstancial evidence; it will help solidify a good case, but it does nothing alone.
