M4H: the reason they capped my upload was because of "excessive usage" on the upload side... meaning I leave my BT (and DC++) clients on 24/7 ... now they've capped me because of it.
Because I'm capped at ~18KBps from the cable modem level (by MAC address), that's all the up bandwidth I get. I must cap at the BT level so that I can have SOME bandwidth left over for myself.
