There are two reasons that makes the Infineon a better OC choice:

The first is technical. Siemens use a 0.17 micron process for their DRAM chip fab. That makes it the most compact chip of the industry, which has less stray capacitance and less heat. Infineon SDRAM components. The Micron chips use standard 0.18 micron process. Micron SDRAM component selector guide.

The second one is in marketing. Micron chips are marketed much more agressively in the retail channel. You can find Crucial as well as generic SDRAM module using Micron chips. There is wide variation in quality. So far, the only Infineon chip module are either Infineon, Apacer (Acer) or Powmem. All of them has excellent record in quality control. The Infineon products are usually sold through the higher end vendors (Mushkin, Memory Men etc.) That means the PCB is likely to be high quality 6-layer board.

When comparing Crucial module with Infineon module, the Infineon module gain an upper hand due to the better chips.

2 crucial cas 2 sticks one 256mb one 128mb

The total 384mb runs 150mhz+ CAS2 2-2-2 7-9
probably even higher, but haven't even tried!

won't run nearly as high at CAS2 2-2-2 5-7

crucial is awesome

Infineon. I've run my 2x256mb PC133 Infineon RAM at 150mhz 2-2-2 5t,7t fine.

micron's lower quality chips are seriously underspec'd though. my cas2 pc100 ran 152 cas3, and my cas3 (2 128mb sticks) did pc150 cas3. They are really good chips, i think you really cant go wrong with either infineon/siemens or micron/crucial

Infineon all the way, my mushkin rev 3 stuff can take one hell of a FSB beating..Unfortunatly my chip can't..:)
