If I vote for who my expectations are the highest, I guess Samsung. They are perfectly positioned with a ton of resources. I'm impressed by any tech company with complete in-house solutions.
I just wish we were talking about an American company such as Intel, who have disappointedly not anticipated and timed the SSD market and/or accurately envisioned their overall role in it.
Otherwise, I might just be more prone to choose the last option "It doesn't matter, buy on price, depends, all equal, etc." ... that is, as long as the manufacturer remains true to their rated and advertised specs. I will never trust any company caught making false promises or lying about what's underneath the hood.
