Here are they styles I had in mind when I made the poll:
Naples-Napolitano pizza. Very simple. Cheese, tomatoes, basil, oil.
Chicago- Deep dish. Very thick.
New York- Classic style. The model used by all of the big chains.
Honolulu- Pineapple, fish, etc.
Sydney- Crazy stuff like eggs and other things I wouldn't eat by themselves, much less on a pizza.
