I had to vote Pirates because X2 wasn't up there. (Dude, fix the poll).
T3 was too badly written, Matrix Reloaded lacked a ton of what made the original so appealing, Full Throttle was a T&A movie and not a whole hell of a lot else, BB2 was action sequences with flat, dull humour sandwitched between.
Nemo was quite good, as is usual for Pixar, but just a bit too kiddy for my taste. 28 Days did the zombie genera quite well, just a bit too much of the British angst to qualify for a win. Pirates was the last, best choice for a good movie
