i gotta admit daeji bulgogi has its moments when it's very richly marinated (spicey + extra saucy + all orange/reddish colored). But man... beef really wins overall.

Why hasn't anyone marinated beef in the daeji bulgogi marinade? I wonder what that would taste like...

I'm from TN....Pork is the best for bbq. If you ask me, the meat takes the smoke better than beef. So I vote pork for pulled pork (boston butts) and ribs.

Beef Brisket, ribeye steaks, and fillet mignon are my choices there.

They're all different....it's like comparing chicken with fish.

Well marbled ribeyes are anything but flavorless. But one could argue that it's the fat and not the beef that you are tasting.

Nope. Pork defintely has more flavour. Lamb is even better than Pork, but Pork wins easily over Beef IMO.

but the pork bulgogi is spicy and oh so tasty. I prefer that over the sweet tangy taste of the beef.
