i gotta admit daeji bulgogi has its moments when it's very richly marinated (spicey + extra saucy + all orange/reddish colored). But man... beef really wins overall.
Why hasn't anyone marinated beef in the daeji bulgogi marinade? I wonder what that would taste like...
