I recognize there are other great meats like chicken, shellfish, etc, but I think this is the only comparable war for 1v1 showdown.

Beef- prime rib/ribeye, beef jerky, korean BBQ, t-bone steak, filet mignon, hamburger, etc...

Pork- BACON, babyback ribs, ham, sausage, pepperoni, porkchop, porkrind, pulled pork, etc...

For me it's beef hands-down, absolutely no contest simply because I love prime rib and other steaks too much. Not a big pork fan although I do enjoy heavily processed pork like bacon and pepperoni... mmmmmmm.

I  them both equally. So much variety to each. If I had to choose... beef. But both are so tasty, with many different food options.

Bacon is quite possibly the best thing in the word. It's salt, it's fat, it's meat. It's the trifecta of flavor.

I like pork because it has the ability to be both a main dish - ribs, pork chop, roast, ect. As well as a side/condiment/flavor addition in the way of bacon or sausage. Beef just isn't used that way. Plus pork typically runs cheaper than beef so that's a bonus. I also like how pork can be complimented better with fruits and other sorts of lighter sauces where beef typically can't.

That being said, even the best cooked bone in pork chop can't provide the same smell, flavor, and texture that a porterhouse can.

You forgot smoke.

Tough call, but overall I like pork better than beef. With plain cuts like a ribeye vs a pork chop beef wins. But ribs, sausage and bacon give pork the title.

I'm not sure I could live without bacon. Steak is good, but my need for bacon transcends ordinary sustenance. I think I would literally die without it.

Amount of fish I eat = .
Amount of pork I eat = ...
Amount of beef I eat = ......
Amount of chicken I eat = ......................................

So beef won in this poll, but chicken > all.

are you smoking crack?

bulgogi > pork bulgogi

no wei. daeji bulgogi >>>> bulgogi

i gotta admit daeji bulgogi has its moments when it's very richly marinated (spicey + extra saucy + all orange/reddish colored). But man... beef really wins overall.
