the fact that they have recovered "DNA evidence" from 2 other men besides Kobe from her panties?

i dont think Kobe would have to rape this woman. If he was out for some booty, he wouldnt have to be looking for long.

i heard it on sportsradio on the road today.

I just read that the DA said that if the judge doesn't bind this over trial there are other avenues he could explore. What does that mean? He'll sue Kobe in civil court?

The defense has no proof of "3 guys in 3 days", they do have evidence as did the DA that the women had sex with someone else 2 days before the attack.
 
Leaning towards innocent for criminal charges (up until today I was leaning towards guilty though...so who knows what each day will bring). However if they go to civil court she will make some serious $$$ (which could be her intent all along, who knows).

not necessarily. if the prosecutions contention is that the injuries were from the 'rape' yet she had sex with other men the day before or day of, there's no way to prove which encounter led to those injuries.
 
Mike Tyson was railroaded.

Kobe Bryant is far from being railroaded. Even if hes convicted, he wouldnt have been railroaded as much as Mike Tyson.
