6'1" 158 lbs, gives me a BMI of 20.9.

BMI = kg / m^2

My BMI was 27.8 during my fattest days of college.

32" waist, still have some stomach flab and might be able to get down to 30" if I got rid of it.

6'3" 225. little thick around the mid section, but I'm working on that. I work out 2-3 times a week. FYI, I could never go below 195-200 w/ the bone/muscle structure that I have. I would look completely emaciated. (yes I am big boned, get it from my father's side) that being said I would like to get down to around 210-215. I just lost 10 lbs in the past month or so.

At my thinnest as an adult I could fit into 34's, but that was a bit snug, I'm wearing 36-38 right now, but they are starting to get a bit loose. those workouts are helping. about 6-7 years ago I weighed 250 (my highest ever), didn't have a big gut back then though, evenly distributed through out my entire body, so I didn't look nearly as heavy as I was. I wore 36-38's back then too.

As I said earlier, I'm 6'0" 225lbs. I have a gut I need to lose, and leg fat, but I'm not sure I'd want to be lower than 200. I definitely need to work out. Since losing weight (yes, I LOST to 225, sounds bad), I look emaciated. My wife's used to seeing me as a "big guy", so as the skinny me is coming out, she's getting scared. She says I look like a 16-year-old boy (which is bad when you're 29). Maybe that's why all you kids are 150-170lbs. Just wait, you won't want to be that little in 10 years.

A size 1? OMG,I'm a total moose at a size 6,lol,good for you,I'm jealous:)

a friend of mine wears size 0 and we just about died when a male friend of ours BORROWED HER TIGHT JEANS to go clubbing :Q :D

LOL!!

Seriously, native sunshine posting her size is a good motivator,I've been lax in the dieting department the past few days, time to tighten up and stop eating!

Pffft...shush geekbabe.

You are nowhere close to fat. Isn't size 6 the ideal size for women?

I get people yelling at me all the time because I'm "too skinny" and i "don't eat enough". But i'm really not too skinny...this is about normal for me..b/c I'm so short and just smaller sized in general.

So don't let my size be a motivator for anything!!! You're beautiful the way you are!!! :)

Yep, a bit overweight.

In 1997 when I graduated high school, I weighed 255.
In 1999 when I started dating my wife, I weighed 205.
Right now, I'm about 235.

I'm 6'5" and I have a big frame. I wear 38 waist pants, and 36 length.

I have a friend that wears size 5 pants, and I find her very physically attractive. She is very fully developed (but NOT fat) in the posterior region. :) So I guess what I'm saying is that I'm attracted to cows.

When I graduated I was like around 190 I think. Then at my fattest at university (which was a year ago), I remember weighting myself at 227. I decided to take the matter in my own hands so this summer I decided to go the gym. I began the summer at 217 and I'm around 205 now. I'd like to go down to 190ish. Maybe lower but I think I'd look funny. I'm not really going to the gym on a regular basis now that university has started back, but I have kept loosing weight. I was 209 when it started and I'm 205 right now. My current goal is to get out of the 200 Club.

My jeans are 36-38" although the 38 are pretty loose now. If I were to buy new jeans (I haven't bought a new pair of pants in like a year), they would probably be 36". I also need the legs to be 36", otherwise you can see my whole socks when I sit down.

I am curious. How many people have actually measured the circumference of their wasist at the navel (i.e., your waist size) -- or do you just state waist size as what is printed on your pants?

6'0" 223lbs, 35" waist.

At my fattest I was 205lbs, 38" waist. I GAINED weight since I started going to the gym, kind of funny.

In high school & college I was 150-160 lbs, 32" waist, and ate over 5x what I do now. Then my metabolism took a nosedive and I went 160-200 in less than 6 months while eating less.

prints on the pants. measuring the waist usually means that you're getting stuff custom made. tailors are too ritzy for me

What I mean is that pant size != waist size. So if someone asked you what your waist size is for health reasons, etc. if often is very different from your actual waist measurement :)

My roommate is 5'10" and 120-125lbs. His metabolism must be as fast as your metabolism.

i'm the same as your roomate. i don't really know how to explain it. rigorous metabolism i guess

bit of warning for you fellas.

i was 5'10" 120 in college. and i was 5'10 140 at the age of 26. then one day i just blew up and over a period of 3 months i went from 140 to 200.

now i'm at 230 lbs, age 38.

How can this be an accurate measurement? Fairly sure I can change this value by at least 20" by moving the gut in and out...

lol, you do it with your stomach relaxed, not held in. Pant sizes are not accurate at all -- e.g., you could wear "size 32" and have a 40" waist. So when you read things like "men with a waist size over x inches have a hgher risk for x.... they don't mean whatever pant size you typically wear.

I am quite a big person. I dont consider myself fat or overweight though.
I have a 38-41 inch waste, and weigh 16.5 stone (16.1 when ive had a crap!)
From the above, theres a high chance that you think i was a fat barstuard, but in fact i am very fit.
I dont have a double chin, i have huge, muscley thighs, and am far fitter and faster than alot of supposed smaller people. That comes from 8 seasons on sunday league football (soccer to most of you). And as well as the 90minute games on sundays, i also do 2 hours of fitness and ball work on tuesdays for training.

Are you in denial? 38-41 waist is fat, bro. No one has a six pack that protrudes out THAT far.

LOL. Cheaky arnt you.
As you may or may not know, muscles weigh more than fat. So that`ll account for alot of my weight.
As for my waist size. You probably dont know that english sizes arnt the same as american sizes. That and the fact that alot of my trowsers are quite loose on me and i have to wear a belt. Becides, a big waist size doent allways mean fat. There are many sports men that have bigger waist sizes and dont have much fat on them.
