I like to have a work-life balance. Many employers don't.

Do you work for Wally World, by any chance? I've been working at the home office for a couple months now, and they talk about that *all* the time.

Haha definitely not. About as far from it as you can get.

I'm not sure that you will be able to sustain that level of effort over the long term. In any case why would you want to? All I hear from people in your situation are regrets, or there life is so empty they have nothing else. Very sad in either case.

Don't get me wrong, I work hard, have a very strong desire to be successful and also enjoy the challenge. But I also know, for myself anyway, that I have to find balance in life.
