Valhalla: If you're going to call someone a "meat-head", at least fix your damn sig for proper grammar. It's driving me crazy :)

Instead of insulting the guy, why not point out what notion of physics somehow negates his statements?

You put a V8 in the M3 and watch it get so overweight that it will be a disgrace.

DC has stopped the Charger, my dad has the memo telling him to stop making the custom seats for it.

And finally, the new t-bird is absolutely hidious.

Not really. BMW's V8 aren't really that heavy. Plus, it's shorter than the 6 cylinder, so most of the weight is closer to center.

Actually, BMW has started to use V8s on the Schnitzer/PTG team for ALMS. On their press release, BMW also mentioned for a possiblity of limited release of V8 E46 M3s if required for homologation rules. it'd probably be a racer version with limited interior and stuff.

Put a V10 in the Vette and it'll run circles around the M3 - what's your point?? You can "If, shoulda, and coulda" all you want - but the fact of the matter is, there's no V8 in the M3. So why even say "If it had..."? It doesn't, so don't even bother. Save yourself the embarrasment and refrain from slamming American cars for no valid reason...that sort of advance usually leads to extreme flames and embarrasment

That thing looks like a horribly designed car out of the 50s! That is something that my dad would like. :)

ugh.. yes, unfortunately BMW is dropping their V8 into the M3 for their racing teams, which isn't really fair since you can't get the V8 as an option on the M3 (but man if you could.. :Q ;)) I'll admit the M3 is a sexy car, for what it is.. not the same look as a Vette but put some sweet 19"'s or 20"s, lower it.. put a V8 in there for a sweet rumble with a nice dual-dual exhaust, and I'd actually take one. shocker ain't it? but not 'till I get a torque high-HP V8. :p

M3 do not compare to vette z06
bmw cars are vastly overpriced than what they offer and their looks are downright specticule
z06 run circles around the m3 and m5 for that matter
whoever beleives gettign into any of those cars (M3 or M5) gives you the rush as you get into a vette must be seriously messed up
its all about the feeling, the looks, the sheer power
not which holds more people or which interior is nicer
what a joke!

oh no doubt.. the Z06 is a world-class supercar, I don't care what all these pro-import freaks say. I'd take a Z06 any time.. and as I've said too many times to count in the past, the Corvette is by far my #1 car (that would be why I plan to get one). (see my sig!)

plus is soooo damn good looking. ;)

corvette is the best sports car bar none
has history power and great looks
so there might be faster cars out there but not in price range nor in availablity
vette gets my vote

T-bird -- Alright...
Charger -- Amazing.
300C -- Cool.

The question was never answered for certain. What the heck does Anand drive?:). C'mon NFS4...

Best sports cars IMHO...speed isn't everything to me.

1) Ferrai 360 Modena
2) Porsche 911 Carrera
3) Dodge Viper GTS
4) Chevy Corvette Z06

well if you're gonna go all out supercars..

I'd take the following - (if money didn't matter.. otherwise I'd take the most expensive and just sell it). if all the cars cost the same, I'd prefer -

1) Mosler MT900 twin-turbo (650hp, 235mph top speed, powered by the almighty LS1, and the whole car is Corvette-derived
2) Lambo Diablo 6 with the variable traction
3) Hennessey 800 Viper
4) Lingenfelter twin-turbo'd Corvette

Yup that's bad. But seriously look at the late 80s mustangs (Or was it early 90s?) bloody boxes on wheels...a less sporty looking car I can't imagine...

Ford doesn't exactly design the best looking cars.

the Stryker is a great setup, but I don't know much about it.. I haven't seen much info on the package out there, but there is a lot of info out on the Hennessey packages.. hell, Hennessey is a cool guy, I've spoken with him myself (he's a Texan like me ;)) and he hangs out on the Corvetteforum as well.

I really like the paint job on that stryker Viper. ;) good ol' red white and blue!

I'd change out those wheels for some HRE 547's though. :p I wish I could see some #'s of that car

its got amazing #'s according to supercars.. almost 1000 brake horsepower and a neak breaking 1142 ft-lbs of torque. :Q tell me that ain't a beast NFS4, you S2000 lover with its "cute" 150ft-lbs. :p ;)

It doesn't look like a jag, it looks like a 2001 Bently convertible. That charger is just bada$$...and the Hemi C is nice, if they'd decide to make that front end less " too "granny car" and not nearly enough "sports car" ". As for the Aztek, its just friggin' fugly. I'd rather have a vette, or even better my 400HP 67' Chevelle..heh.
