one of the firsgt times i've become truly enraged at cop abuse. most of the time i laugh it off or shrug, but this one touched a nerve. hope that fucker fries.

and for you information, the police do not suck. don't be so shallow.
 
WTF kind of writing is that? It's certainly not journalism - it's apparently one person talking the whole time - it's all quotes.

I mean, it certainly SOUNDS fucked up, but I've heard some real tales whipped up by people, "just trying to tell their side of the story."

To me, it seems like either the mother, lawyer or both talking the whole time. Of course they'd represent the poor boy in the most sympathetic of terms.

he "forgot" the "says" on the end of the part of the article he quoted.
that was what the mother had said.

Even if he was rude to the cop, it's no reason to do this. Fight words with words, only use violence if violence is used against you. It's sad how some cops abuse their power.

He was found incompetent to stand trial...the charges weren't dropped by the department. Somehow I have a feeling that there's just a little more to the story than the mom wants to admit.

Oh, well in that case, carry on. Mother's testimony is never biased.

That whole site's a bit of a sham - the "Darkroom" is one guy's photo site, where he's trying to sell prints of 40+ year old photos.

I'm trying to find some actual court records, but all I can come up with so far is this same story, crossposted on n police brutality websites.

The fact that I have been arrested/jailed more than once (and have seen the deputies at the jail do terrible things to people), and had an unarmed friend shot down by Brea PD ~1 year ago, and I still hate the OP more than the cops.....
