I agree that this sounds bad as an incident.

Most cops aren't insane like this.

Not sure where you're going with the black thing. That cop that shot the unarmed USAF guy in California a couple years back was black. He was the one recorded on camera telling him to 'get up', and when the guy tried to comply, slowly, he was shot for it, multiple times at close range. Cop got off scot-free, with full salary and benefits, and got to enjoy a paid vacation as well.

I remember that.

Anyway, I was making a joke. All these aggressive cops with control issues who shoot first and then ask questions later, must be compensating for something. Methinks it might be because they have tiny penises, hence their self esteem is low and they feel the need to abuse and threaten others to make themselves feel good. Hence, if we hire black officers only, who urban legend has it have larger penises on average, they might not suffer from tiny penis anger syndrome, and hence wont beat up disabled kids.

Seriously though, from the stories I see, these kinds of things are probably more common than we think, and whats worse, the police officers are doing everything in their power to make it illegal for us to record their actions, so as to remove accountability.

Which is why a huge number of cruisers have cameras, right?
