Police officer chokes complying college student till he passes out: Photos

I am not real big on the Mailonline site, but these pictures are unbelievable. A college student who was actually there said this kid was just randomly picked out by the police, he did absolutely nothing, complied, put his hands behind his back, and as police handcuff him another officer has words with him then just starts choking the living crap out of the kid who could do nothing but pass out. He could have broken this kids neck with that much force. The amount of anger and hatred on this cops face while he chokes this kid almost to death is unbelievable.

Are we sure he's not removing a necklace? It's hard to tell, and it's just hard to believe that someone would do something so stupid as to choke out a cuffed suspect.

If you read the article all the way to the bottom you will see that these same cops have gotten into big trouble before. There is a paragraph that talks about some of them forcing teens to run around a bat, in circles repeatedly and they got into big trouble for that. Seems that this is the mindset of most cops these days. Thank god for all the video camera's right? Oh wait, the justice supreme court says that the officers word is to be taken over any video evidence! Yea look it up, that ruling happened not to long ago.

Yeah, Id been worried for a long time over what Dubya did to the Supreme Court awhile now, might been one of the biggest kick in the asses on top of ruining an economy that was in the black when he took office, and saying he wanted to be a war President before he started.

Glad to hear he was fired and they may be looking at charging him with possible assault charges. It is rare when you find the PD's and internal affairs doing the right thing.

Sounds more like an "opps, we got caught!" based on singling the guy out, when other officers stood by and watched. Unless they reported him, more than one man is responsible for this. I would hold them accountable for not intervening. Is it not their duty to do so?
