Hang on a second..
How exactly does having a BAC of .11 (which for a lot of people is nothing) stop someone from attacking somebody else?
And I can still hold a knife and threaten someone else with my upper arm in a normal hanging location..

Did you read any of the evidence that is currently available?I think that they are trying to imply that he probably DID attack the officers...he was drunk, after all, and being drunk is bad.

I don't see how his BAC has relevance one way or the other.
A Westchester County grand jury cleared the White Plains police officer who shot and killed a 68-year-old retired Marine inside his apartment, officials announced Thursday.

No surprise here. This country shows time and time again how they couldn't give two shits for people of color.
Also, cops can call Black people ****** now, as long as it's used as an effort to distract the ******s. I didn't know that. You learn something new every day. (Starred words are the N-word.)
Did the lawyer say how they knew this?but also shows that he could not have been trying attack police who responded to his apartment on a medical assistance call, a lawyer for the Chamberlain family said today.
This had absolutely nothing to do with color, Mr. sharptonite.
They would have done the exact same thing to a white or mexican guy.
Call a White or Mexican a N-gger? Really? I'm learning more and more.
Please educate me some more.

.11BAC ain't much.
Maybe you ought to pop one.......calm you down some.because drunk people NEVER fight or are aggressive ... EVER!
🙄
Racist slurs come out all the time, to/from all races, just because some idiot yelled a racist comment doesn't mean the entire thing wouldn't have happened to any other race.
I'm sure Carelli used the slurs to distract the Arab guy while beating the living shit out him too.
Calling him a beloved patriot was just used to distract the Arab beloved patriot, I guess. Maybe he beat the shit out of him to make him a better citizen too?
If this was a poor old white man who was aggravated and refusing to open the door I believe the outcome would've been the exact same.
Applying the racist label where it doesn't fit causes the true racists situations to get ignored.
BULL FUCKING SHIT. When was the last time you've seen a White man shot by Police while being called a Honkey?
Um, it's something one idiot yelled out in the heat of the moment. You can't (or shouldn't) apply one LEO's emotionally charged outburst and apply it to all ~6 people.
Men get shot by the police for stupid baseless reasons all the time. I know it feels good to paint that racist label on things but it simply doesn't fit here, not even close.

Then at least charge the one idiot. He's the one that pulled the trigger. He's the one that has prior complaints of racism and abuse, he's the one that has a civil suit against him.
But no. None of this matters. I bet he is a stand up citizen. After all Police can't be racist. It's unpossible.
Seriously? RTFA. The guy is a racist POS who is up on federal charges for a completely different incident of stomping on some Arab guys head while he was cuffed to a bench in the police station, and has a long history of being a racist scumbag.
Fine, then charge the one idiot.
Another interesting fact is that the medical company hearing the commotion called the police department to cancel the call, saying that the man was alright. The police department said they weren't cancelling it.
What about the rest of the police there (all of them) who covered it up, lied to the media (he was running towards the officers with an axe?!?!), lied in their reports, lied to the DA, lied, lied, lied...
Do you really think this is their first time with the lies and cover-up?
