Exactly. Those football players should take their little game to a football field instead of a police dog training stadium.

Seriously? A lawsuit over a dog bite?

Yeah really... what was the K-9 unit doing there?

Auburn is very serious about keeping fans off the field. The dogs are too much IMO but the powers that be want fans off the field. There was one year they turned water cannons on Georgia fans (1980-something I believe...before my time as an Auburn fan).

Sometimes the stadiums call in mounted police. I'm a huge fan of K-9 work but siding with the police on this one is stupid. It's not the cop's fault or the dog's fault. The one that assigned them the position so close to the field is to blame. Ha, I was scrolling through here waiting for someone to throw out the race card.

yeah it was really stupid for the football player to be running on the football field when he knew there was a dog there!

Don't you mean "wrong place, but at the right time"?

I think either way, it could've been worse for him.

It's like if I said "pirate ghost" versus "ghost pirate". A pirate ghost is the ghost of a pirate. A ghost pirate is a ghost that becomes a pirate.

I know some dogs that bark at black people simply because of their darker skin. When I was walking one of them it got pretty embarrassing one time, but its hard to tell a dog how to be pc, and to not automatically associate darker skin with being a greater threat.

There's only one option, euthanasia.
Hopefully Auburn has a decent DB to take his place.

a football sideline is no place for a police dog. the only person to blame here is the cop who for some dumb reason has his attack dog on a sideline where there is high emotion and lots of excitement. the player is lucky it was only a snap and not a full bite.
