My two cents. You were told to leave. You should have left. You should not have been still there when the cops arrived. As soon as you started mouthing off to the clerk and were told to leave, that's when you should have left. Remember that the next time. And Never, NEVER, start an argument with a police officer. You are lucky they did not throw the book at you. At that point when you walked out the door, you already ready had several violations for which you could be charged. To name a few, trespassing, disturbing the peace, public intoxication( A guess, but I bet it's true), disobeying Police orders. You had no side here, you had no rights whatsoever to remain in the building once you were told to leave. And you had the stupidity(What else can you call it?) to continue to refuse to cooperate when the cops told you to leave. Right there you proved the store's case. Your report of brutality will go nowhere. There are eyewitnesses in the store who saw you beligerence, nobody is gonna back you up -- you're the bad guy.
