and the fedora is to mock BrokenVisage on his rant about fedoras in 2010.

Almost ran over three idiot kids today. Standing in the middle of the entrance to a parking lot. They were too dumb to walk 3 feet over and stand on the grass.
Fuckers.

Just finished reading a bunch of articles about this new game.

Players who aren't paying attention to their surroundings (i.e. being dumb)... my term for them: Pokémorons. :ninja:

One image circulating online appears to show a player encountering an unsettling digital critter inside the museum: a Pokémon called Koffing that emits poisonous gas floating by a sign for the museum's Helena Rubinstein Auditorium. The auditorium shows the testimonials of Jews who survived the gas chambers.

I tried it out. It was interesting.
The forced walking around aspect is interesting.
I don't like how you can't battle without going to an actual world location (gym).
If you don't have a nearby gym, it basically becomes a pokemon collection and nothing else.

I can definitely see this resulting in numerous deaths, both from users getting hit and from users driving around on their phones (slowly) hitting pedestrians.
We have a name for that: natural selection.

The news stories will really become entertaining when school starts back up.

'Boy found in girls locker room trying to catch Charizard'

:awe:
Yeah, I can remember when I was sure I had caught Charizard in the girls' locker room. Luckily it was just chafing.

I saw lots of these guys today on my daily bike ride to the beer store. It was kinda disturbing to say the least.
:D

Somewhere there's a group of 20-somethings saying "We were playing Pokemon Go and saw this guy riding a bike to the beer store. It was kinda disturbing to say the least."
